Ethical Leadership

Every citizen in Montgomery County deserves a Clerk that will serve with integrity. Lynn has over two decades of leadership experience in Montgomery County at the Clerk’s Office, Treasurer’s Office, and both the General Division and Probate Court. It is imperative that our county make the transition to a leader like Lynn, who can re-establish trust and transparency with the community. Lynn has demonstrated that she will hold herself and her team to the highest ethical standards and will make decisions based on principle and procedure.

Fiscal Responsibility

Every elected official has the duty to utilize public funds entrusted to them in a responsible and ethical manner. However, our community continues to see tax dollars wasted and services deteriorate in agencies plagued by nepotism, cronyism, and fiscal irresponsibility. When elected, Lynn will re-establish responsible hiring practices for all divisions of the Clerk’s Office and reinstitute standards of fiscal competence and proficiency.

Dedicated Public Service

Lynn has served our county for over two decades, more than half of which was spent leading projects in the Clerk of Court’s Office and improving resource efficiency for the entire county. She raised her children in Dayton and she is an active member of St. Peter’s Baptist Church House of Restoration, Sisters of Strength Women’s Empowerment Ministries, and the Montgomery County Behavioral Health Taskforce. Lynn built her career and her life around service to the people of Montgomery County—her experience, her knowledge, and her commitment are unmatched.
